Who you are

Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge? As part of the transaction, Vodafone will continue to support a divested OpCo with a number of Transitional Services and support its separation from Vodafone.

The Interim Service & Operations Manager will focus on the divested OpCo, managing the service delivery of these areas through the separation period, and building and executing migration plans where applicable and will play a key role in the assessment, quantification, and mitigation of operational and delivery issues.

By joining Vodafone Partner Markets team you’ll have a unique opportunity to be part of the leading global telecoms partnership, working with local operators all over the world to market a range of global products and services that extend our reach into local markets. Currently we have Partners in over 40 countries across three regions: Europe, APAC and AMEA. We believe in creating competitive advantage for all Partners on the principle of ‘Great alone, better together’.

Our Vodafone Partner Markets mission is to:

  • Leverage our collective scale to improve purchasing power and industry influence.

  • Use Vodafone’s innovation and expertise to improve Partner performance.

  • Generate profitable revenues for both Vodafone and our Partners through shared financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

provisions in the TSA’s (Transitional Services Agreements).

  • Act as the SPOC (single point of contact) for:

    • Service change requests.

    • Early terminations.

    • Service disruptions.

  • Align with the migration workstream and communicate migration plans to service owners to assess impacts and define service termination processes.

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all operational reports from Vodafone to new service owners.

What you bring

  • Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex problems and focus on core deliverables.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, able to balance competing deadlines and projects for maximum impact.
  • Highly effective communication skills (both written and verbal) — business fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Strong B2B account management skills with a proven track record of senior stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with strong decision-making and results-oriented mindset.

  • Private Health and Life Insurance for employees and family.
  • 25 vacation days, plus December 24th and 31st off.
