About this Role
We are seeking a Billing Operations Lead to manage and optimise the Business Support System (BSS) for Vodafone’s International Voice Product, which supports trading with over 200 carriers globally. This role ensures data integrity, governance, and operational excellence within the BSS platform, enabling effective carrier deal management and compliance with commercial and financial requirements.
What you will do
- Become an expert user of BSS modules utilised by Finance and Commercial teams.
- Maintain governance and control over updates and changes to standing data.
- Collaborate with the BSS provider to optimise the operating model for Vodafone’s needs.
- Test system developments and manage regression testing for operational changes.
Who you are
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a corporate or process-driven industry, ideally telecoms.
- Familiarity with Telarix, iXLink, and iXTools product sets is highly desirable.
- Experience working with offshore teams in a BPO environment.
- Strong influencing and culturally sensitive communication skills.
- Ability to drive change and deliver results with enthusiasm and clarity.
