About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Hyperion EPM professional with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience across the Hyperion EPM product suite. This role focuses on application development and support, with strong exposure to Hyperion Planning, PBCS and Oracle Essbase. The individual will contribute to Hyperion implementations of varying scale and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality planning and performance management solutions.

What you’ll do

Design, develop and support Hyperion EPM applications across small, medium and large-scale projects.
Build and maintain Hyperion Planning and PBCS applications aligned to business requirements.
Develop and optimise Calculation Manager rules and Essbase calculation scripts.
Create and manage Hyperion forms, task lists, menus and smart lists to enhance user experience.
Support business users through effective utilisation of Smart View for reporting and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable application performance and timely issue resolution.
Contribute to application documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who you are

An individual with overall 4 to 6 years of experience working on Hyperion EPM solutions.
Strong working knowledge of Hyperion Planning and Oracle Essbase, including PBCS.
Experienced in application development and support across diverse project sizes.
Proficient in writing Calculation Manager rules and Essbase calculation scripts.
Comfortable developing Hyperion artefacts such as forms, task lists, menus and smart lists.
Confident in using Smart View to support business planning and reporting needs.
A clear and effective communicator who works collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
