About this Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-focused individual to deliver high-quality HR administrative support within VOIS. The role is centered around maintaining accurate employee data, assisting with transactional HR processes, and supporting the smooth operation of HR services. The individual will work with HR systems, meet service-level expectations, and play an important part in ensuring records and processes are accurate, timely, and compliant.

What you will do

  • Execute routine HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, supporting the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new joiners, managing contract modifications, and reward and recognition information.
  • Prepare and process transactional HR activities across key HR practices.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely processing in systems and manual processes while meeting integrity and audit requirements.
  • Support service delivery within agreed SLAs and escalate queries to the Team Leader when needed.

Who you are

  • Having prior experience in an HR position or a similar field, however career-entrants and career changers are also welcomed since this is a junior position.
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian, with an additional language considered an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a structured environment with clear procedures and defined SLAs.
  • Able to prioritise routine tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of precision.
  • Comfortable working in cross‑cultural contexts with a collaborative approach.
