The Service Integration Manager plays a central role in this transformation, ensuring the seamless integration, scalability, and operational readiness of these services. Acting as the key technical orchestrator across Product, Engineering, QA, Project Management, and external partners, this role ensures high-quality deliveries while mitigating integration risks. The position has a direct impact on time-to-market, cost efficiency, and customer experience. It requires a strong combination of technical expertise and the ability to strategically align multiple stakeholders. The successful candidate will challenge vendors, drive accountability, and ensure solution maturity before deployment. This is a critical role in accelerating innovation across CPE platforms while minimizing rework and reducing reliance on late-stage validation cycles.

What you’ll do

  • Technnical Service Integration Ownership: Own the technical integration of services across CPE devices, backend systems, and Vodafone platforms, ensuring consistent end-to-end behaviour and performance;
  • Integration Readiness & Quality Gatekeeping: Define and enforce integration readiness criteria, ensuring services are technically mature, stable, and compliant before entering QA phases;
  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Orchestration: Act as the bridge across Product Owners, Engineering teams, QA, Project Managers, and Service Owners to align expectations and ensure coherent delivery;
  • Vendor & Partner Technical Management: Together with Service Owners, lead technical engagement with external vendors, validating their solutions, challenging designs, and ensuring integration quality meets Vodafone standards;
  • Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and mitigate integration risks, cross-system dependencies, and compatibility issues early in the lifecycle to prevent delays and rework;
  • Ensures cross‑service compatibility across multiple service agents coexisting on the same CPE;
  • Provides hands‑on technical guidance during delivery, supporting troubleshooting, integration challenges and cross‑team alignment;
  • Consolidates Agent Service requirements into clear, implementable specifications for the platform and CPEs;
  • Integration Quality at QA Entry: Meet service deployment commercial objectives ensuring quality, with reduced defects and rework;
  • Delivery Efficiency & Time-to-Market: Reduction in integration-related delays and iterations across QA and release cycles;
  • Integration Stability & Compatibility: Number of post-integration defects related to CPE/service interaction and cross-service conflicts.

Who you are

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree or technical institute certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecom or other related field;
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to align cross-functional teams;
  • Proven experience working in complex, multi-system integration environments;
  • Solid understanding of broadband ecosystems and CPE platforms (RDK-B, OpenWRT or similar);
  • Ability to translate high-level service requirements into clear technical integration expectations;
  • Must have technical / professional qualifications:
  • Experience in broadband, telecoms, or embedded device environments (CPEs, routers, gateways);
  • Understanding of device management protocols (TR-069, TR-181, TR-369, SNMP);
  • Modern applications deployment and management on devices understanding, including container-based approaches like prpl LCM (Lifecycle Management) or similar frameworks;
  • Knowledge of Linux-based systems and service deployment models (including containerization approaches);
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, firewalling, QoS, packet inspection concepts);
  • Fundamental understanding of basic principles for securing embedded services and protecting device ecosystems;
  • English (Fluency).
