What you’ll do
- As a Vodafone Business High Touch Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering complex, high-impact technical solutions for our enterprise customers. From the earliest stages of presales design through to seamless delivery and ongoing support, you’ll take full ownership of key technologies including IPVPN, IPT, LAN, IT Security, Unified Communications, and more.
- You’ll work hand-in-hand with sales teams to shape innovative solutions that meet customer needs, integrating them into diverse and often challenging network environments.
- Your role will involve resolving intricate network issues, designing scalable and supportable architectures, and ensuring every solution is commercially sound and operationally robust. You’ll collaborate across a wide range of teams—Sales, Commercial, Operations, Product, and Service—to ensure the solutions you design are not only technically excellent but also deliver real business value.
- Whether you're building networks for customer HQs, supporting go-lives, or providing expert troubleshooting and training, you’ll be a trusted technical advisor and a key player in Vodafone’s enterprise success.
Who we are looking for
- An experienced engineering professional with 4+ years in large, complex environments
- Proven expertise in WAN/LAN design and routing/switching protocols
- Strong customer-facing skills with excellent communication and influencing abilities
- Demonstrated experience supporting presales and bid phases with timely delivery
- Cisco CCNP/CCDP certified (CCIE desirable); HP ASE certification (Master ASE desirable)
- Familiarity with firewall technologies such as Cisco ASA and Palo Alto (desirable)
- A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies in line with evolving customer needs
- Holds a third-level qualification in a business or technical discipline
