Your Contribution:

The Head of Financial Service & Performance Management (m/f/d) plays a pivotal role in driving process standardization, automation, and customer-centric service excellence, while aligning the SSC strategy with overall business goals including following tasks:

  • You steer the strategic direction of our service organization and align the service model with overall business goals.

  • You drive process standardization, automation, and digitalization of financial processes.

  • You act as the central interface and ensure collaboration with key stakeholders across Europe and India.

  • You set standards and implement the performance management framework, including SLAs and KPIs, to monitor service delivery.

  • You serve as a Change Leader, ensuring a smooth transition to the new service organization.

  • You are responsible for budget planning and ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

What makes you stand out:

  • Proven track record (5+ years) in the strategic governance and steering of shared service organizations or comparable functions.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, especially in a coordinating role without direct disciplinary authority.
  • Deep understanding of process management, service governance models, and performance measurement (KPIs, SLAs).
  • Experience with transformation projects and the implementation of digital tools (e.g., ERP systems, RPA).
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to operate across functional and hierarchical boundaries.
  • Fluency in English is required
