What you’ll do

Role Purpose: Leads the B2B product, solution sales, and business development agenda, with full P&L accountability for the portfolio. Shapes and delivers large-scale digital transformation programmes for enterprise and government clients, integrating Connectivity, IoT, Cloud, Security, and Managed Services into multi-year roadmaps, while building the propositions, partnerships, and commercial capability needed to scale new revenue streams beyond connectivity.

Job Responsibilities

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Design the Business Product & Solution strategies in both the pure Telecom sector and IT Services, aligned with the Group strategy and with the segments’ needs.
• Identify the market potential for the Vodafone Product & Solutions portfolio and develop a business case for each.
• Work effectively with a wide range of senior local and Group stakeholders across Product, Vodafone Business, Marketing, Commercial & Operations, and Group Technology.
• Maintain a product management community with the EU Cluster OpCos of the Vodafone Business segment to accelerate product development.
• Design the strategy through key partnerships, either in the local market or international ones, for scaling products & solutions to enterprise and government customers.
• Liaise thoroughly with internal and external business partners in order to deliver flawless technical solutions.
• Understand market needs and identify viable products to address them in a competitive manner.
• Hold accountability for solution sales teams and business development, supporting sales teams in the development of new business lines in the Beyond Connectivity space.
• Coach and develop a team of Product Managers, Business Development Managers, Technology Sales Consultants to drive new business and increase penetration within the customer base.

Who you are

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

• In-depth knowledge of telecommunication technologies.
• In-depth knowledge IoT, ICT & IT services, Managed Services & digital propositions for businesses of any size.
• Fully knowledgeable of company and Vodafone Group products and services, as well as industry developments, to secure the company’s competitive advantage in the market.
• Ability to act as a top tier expert with credibility up to customer ‘C’ level and senior leadership team (SLT) level.
• Experience in leading and motivating large teams and the ability to maintain the right balance between tactical and strategic activity.
• AI knowledge at proficient level as a strong support instrument for work development
• Customer centricity mindset.
• Strong Project management skills.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in the telecommunications or information technology industries.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in team management.
