What you’ll do

The job holder will be reporting to the Business Solutions Manager and will be responsible to drive the presales activities for Vodafone’s Connectivity, Security and ICT Managed Solutions (SDWAN, Telephony, SaaS, IaaS, & Security) for Enterprise & Strategic customers.

More specifically, you will:

• Supervise and develop Connectivity, Security and ICT Design Specialists as well as drive team resourcing.
• Perform customer visits to propose and present Vodafone solutions. Be responsible for driving enterprise customers to enter the digital era, by satisfying their needs with the adoption of Vodafone’s solutions.
• Manage relationship between the team and other teams such as Sales, Solution Sales, Marketing, External Partners & Vendors.
• Own all open projects and RFP’s related to ICT solutions.
• Market monitoring and investigation for potential new solutions that can be developed, based on strong market, customer, and Solution Sales insights. Build value argumentations and develop solution presentations.
• Be responsible for SDWAN, Security and ICT trainings and certifications for all Business Solutions teams.
• Participate in budget preparation, closely monitoring expenses, and proposing corrective actions to prevent deviations.

Who you are

• Experienced in designing/consulting the implementation of technology services & solutions (Connectivity, Security and ICT) to enterprise customers.
• Previous working experience related to services sales or consulting for SDWAN SaaS, IaaS or Security in a Telecoms or IT company.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Telecommunications; Master’s degree is considered a plus.
• Strong results orientation and flexibility to work with the customers and sales teams under pressure & tight timelines.
• Very good interpersonal and people management skills - fluent communication and negotiation skills with customers & internal and external collaborators.
• Interest to learn about the latest business services, products & solutions.
• Excellent command in writing and speaking of the Greek and English language.
