What you’ll do

Role purpose:
• The SAP Control Center Lead will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of SAP Service Management, Change Management, and Release Planning & Deployment. This role ensures seamless coordination across SAP landscapes, driving operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement in service delivery. The role is critical in maintaining system stability, managing change risk, and ensuring timely and quality releases across SAP platforms.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that transforms our organization's capabilities and places us at the forefront of the industry.
• Ensure the new operating model is functional and that a proper KT/training is planned from SI to Operation team.
