What you’ll do

Role purpose:
To drive the performance of Home Sales and Distribution channels by ensuring all sales routes, distribution partners, and supporting platforms are effectively enabled, engaged, and managed to deliver targeted business results. The role is responsible for strengthening partner collaboration, enhancing channel effectiveness, and ensuring consistent execution of Home Solutions initiatives across all regions.
The is binded to coordinate and cascade Home Solutions communications, campaigns, and commercial initiatives to regional teams, ensuring alignment, effective execution, and achievement of business objectives. In addition, the role will contribute to the development and implementation of the Home Business strategy, with a specific focus on channel engagement, communication effectiveness, and go-to-market execution

Key Roles & Responsibilities
•Develop and implement partner engagement platforms and forums to strengthen collaboration, alignment, and advocacy for the Home business agenda among key stakeholders, including contractors, KARA representatives, and other strategic partners.
•Secure and optimize branding opportunities across estates, reseller outlets, contractor touchpoints, and other relevant channels to enhance Home Solutions visibility and market presence.
•Drive the achievement of Home Product NPS targets by working closely with estate partners, Team Leaders, Regional Trade Marketing Managers (TMMs), and field teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
•In collaboration with the Acquisition Manager and regional teams, plan and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) activities that consistently deliver customer acquisition, revenue, and channel performance targets.
•Act as the primary liaison between the Consumer Business Unit (CBU) Product Team, Home Field Teams, and Regional Trade Marketing teams to coordinate and execute Above-the-Line (ATL) campaigns, ensuring delivery of agreed PICOs and commercial objectives.
•Lead and manage all themed Home distribution partner campaigns, ensuring marketing assets, sales collateral, branded vehicles, and other channel properties effectively support business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
•Coordinate engagement with local government authorities and county councils, working closely with Regional Trade Marketing teams to secure approvals, partnerships, and community support where required.
•Drive regional estate activations and tactical marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility, customer acquisition, and market penetration within target communities.
•Partner with Home Channel Trade Development Representatives (TDRs) to conduct ongoing competitor monitoring and market intelligence analysis, identifying market trends, risks, and opportunities to inform business decisions and channel strategies

Must-have qualifications, experience and skills
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Telecommunications, Economics or a related discipline.
•Minimum of three years’ relevant experience in telecommunications, internet service providers, fixed broadband, channel sales, distribution, trade marketing or commercial operations.
•Proven experience supporting sales channels and partners, executing ATL and BTL campaigns, monitoring commercial performance, and coordinating cross-functional and regional activities is required.
•Exposure to FTTH or other fixed-connectivity products is strongly preferred.
•Working knowledge of FTTH and fixed broadband propositions, customer acquisition journeys, channel and distribution models, trade marketing, partner enablement, campaign execution, sales forecasting, performance reporting, customer-experience measures and competitor analysis.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience using CRM, sales-performance dashboards or business intelligence tools is an added advantage.
