What you’ll do
The scope of the role is to perform Converged Telephony and Internet Services activation in direct contact with business customers and / or field technicians.
Key accountabilities:
- Evaluate customer infrastructure and confirm that the correct solution is offered to the business customers.
- Perform all required actions and internal coordination activities, in order to activate converged products and services to customer premises.
- Run health checks and on-boarding calls to make sure customer enjoys the full range of product capabilities, as per Vodafone standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues that might arise during activation and until handover to the support team.
- Organize field technician visits to customer premises in order to perform site survey, install the CPE, do line measurements whenever the relevant need arises.
- Broad experience of supporting major corporate customers through virtual teams, suppliers, contractors and integrators.
Who you are
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in administration of technology services or technical support.
- Very good organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Logical approach to problem solving and self-motivation.
- Strong customer orientation attitude.
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work under pressure with strict time deadlines.
- Ability to work as a team member and interact with other departments.
- Take initiative, being alerted, have a sense of urgency.
- High levels of self-motivation & “can do” attitude.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Technical education with qualifications in telecommunications, electronics or computing. College, TEI or University degree
- Very good knowledge of fixed network topology and broadband technologies
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office
- Very good level of Greek and English language (oral and written)
