The role of Field Service Engineer will be employed by 360 Connect, a subsidiary of Vodafone Greece.

What you'll do

The primary objective of the role is to resolve technical issues at the customer's premises, aiming for the immediate restoration of service and the delivery of high-quality support, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify and report technical issues related to service faults
  • Resolve technical problems and customer requests promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with Engineers, Team Leaders, and other Departments to mitigate risks and improve operational performance
  • Promote Vodafone products and services to enhance the overall customer experience

Who you are

  • Experience in a technical support department (optional)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Initiative, responsibility, and a sense of urgency
  • Adaptability and ability to prioritize tasks and respond to changing needs
  • Knowledge of fixed telephony products and services

Technical/Professional Qualifications

  • Degree or Certification from a Technological Institute or relevant technical school
  • Good command of Greek and English (both spoken and written)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Previous experience as a Field Technician will be considered as a plus (but not required)
  • Understanding of xDSL technologies (POTS/VoIP) will be also considered as a plus (but not required)
