What you’ll do

This role supports the Engineering team in managing the financial and operational aspects of fixed access network projects. The role involves budget planning (OPEX & CAPEX), vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration combined with technical understanding with strong project management and analytical skills to ensure efficient delivery of fiber network initiatives.

Budget Management

  • Prepare, monitor, and report OPEX & CAPEX budgets for fixed access projects.
  • Track expenditures, forecast costs, and ensure compliance with financial policies.


Project Management

  • Build the program/project organizational model and ensuring resources capacity to achieve on time project deliverables
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for ongoing technical projects (FTTx, xDSL).


Strategy & Technical Enabler

  • Take part in technical reviews and provide leadership to facilitate design and technical strategies for IP
  • Perform risk management and change management as part of the program/project activities to make the business requirements of the external customers meet, including costs
  • Perform capacity planning and dimensioning for Access & Aggregation network working closely with other Telco Operators/Providers to ensure NNI deployment
  • Planning, scheduling, and overseeing the acceptance & delivery of active equipment as well as the delivery of new services


Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with external vendors for procurement and timely delivery of materials.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual terms and quality standards.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Interface and act as a liaison between Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and other internal & external stakeholders
  • Participate in the RFP processes, provide technical requirements and evaluate-manage active equipment vendors

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in Networking and related certifications in Access and IP and will be considered a plus
  • Strong sense of ownership in driving end-to-end project delivery, based on company’s regulations & performance indicators
  • Analytical & numerical thinking, with the ability to connect the dots to drive impactful results
