Fixed Network Program and Transformation Lead

Job Description

Your Day to day

•You will be responsible of analysis and set-up of strategic, cross-divisional and cross-country projects, including the creation of project and program structures.

•You will be responsible of elaboration of suitable project and program structures as well as ensuring process-compliant project implementation by establishing, determining and planning project plans with the involvement of the impacted departments, external suppliers and stakeholders.

•You will be responsible of implementation of project and program reporting, in particular SteerCo and divisional reporting.

•You will be responsible of implementation of all project/program-related Vodafone processes as well as the Vodafone project management methodology

•You will coordinate Life Cycle Management process over all the verticals over Fixed Access Engineering with aligning NSE Network Planning, Demand, Delivery & Transformation teams.

•You will coordinate and support Privacy and Security Management processes over Fixed Access Engineering while aligning related stake holders.

•You will set up a consistent operational governance on how Fixed Access Engineering interlock to other Vodafone vertical domains and teams

•You will identify and drive Technical harmonization initiatives among Countries within fixed Networks, in order to push synergies, save CAPEX and OPEX and simplify processes.

•You will help with support the tools and automation processes of Fixed Access Engineering

•You will participate in the integration of acquired networks across European markets, entailing network evolution, organization model, 3rd party agreements, outsourcing models, processes, tools, and business case alignment.

•You will work close with Local stakeholders in the countries (Network Deployment, IT) and in NSE (E2E Solutions, INP & OP…) among others, as well as the Integration Management Office for Current and future Company integrations.

•You will drive harmonization across countries within Fixed Access Engineering, identifying synergy and consolidation opportunities and boosting the implementation of projects, in line with NSE best practices and NGA strategy in all OPCOs.

•You will identify and push engineering efficiency initiatives, and assure execution of committed savings

•You will promote legacy networks renewal and migration to approved solutions/vendors, through feasibility analysis and business case assessment.

•Deep Knowledge of the European Telecommunication business and Telco Network Architecture

•Strategical view of Next Generation Access networks and services, future directions of these technologies and how they add value to our customers

•Capable of building a true end-2-end view and understanding of Fixed Access networks and convergence opportunities.

•Persuasive communicator able to manage many stakeholders in Group Commercial, Local Markets and Technology

•Good coordination and teamwork

•Career degree

•Knowledge of telecoms technologies

•Strong experience working in multi-country engineering teams.

•Fluent in English.
