What you’ll do
• Accounting records as timely, accurate and complete relevant legislation and company procedures and ensure that, in accordance with the policy
• Performing month-end closing activities
• Preparing periodic period-end reports
• Performing balance sheet reconciliations of the accounts under responsibility
• Managing incoming invoices
• Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders as support of business teams
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
• Contributing digitalisation and automatisation projects.
• Supporting audit teams (internal, external, tax, sox etc)
Who you are
• Bachelor degree from Business Administration, Economics, or other Accounting/Finance related departments,
• At least 1-2 year experience in accounting / reporting, preferably in multinational production companies
• Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP is plus
• Proficiency with MS Office
• English knowledge
• Competency in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of accounting rules (both IFRS and local tax), regulations, policies and procedures that is reflective of the company
• Analytical thinking, team work skills, self-motivated and well organized
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Open to change and willing to learn new skills
