About this role

We are seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to support accurate, timely, and high‑quality financial operations within VOIS. This role focuses on accounting activities, financial analysis, and operational support across areas such as bank receipts, roaming transactions, vendor payments, commissions, and reporting. The individual will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and vendors, contribute to process improvements, and support data‑driven decision‑making in a shared services environment.

What you’ll do

  • Upload, reconcile, and allocate bank receipts accurately within SAP.
  • Process incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Allocate payments correctly to vendor accounts, roaming receipts, and general or sub‑ledgers.
  • Perform month‑end reporting activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and accruals.
  • Resolve vendor disputes and manage blocked financial items efficiently.Issue self‑billing documentation to vendors in line with agreed processes.
  • Support forecasting activities, productivity assessments, and scenario‑based financial analysis.
  • Contribute to migration testing initiatives and process change projects impacting reporting or commissioning activities.
  • Act as a financial consultant to business partners by assessing financial impacts and feasibility of proposed changes.
  • Analyse commission and operational data, recommend corrective actions, and initiate data improvement initiatives.

Who you are

  • An individual with experience in financial accounting, supply chain, or sourcing environments.
  • Fluent in English and the language of the supported local market.
  • Confident working with SAP and advanced Microsoft tools, particularly Excel and databases.
  • Analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with complex financial data.
  • A collaborative team contributor with strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
  • Customer‑focused, solution‑oriented, and motivated to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Experience within telecoms or a shared services environment is an advantage.
  • An accounting qualification is beneficial but not essential.
