What you’ll do
Vodafone Greece is seeking a highly motivated Finance AI Developer & Transformation Specialist to help shape the future of Finance through Artificial Intelligence. The role sits within the Finance Decision Support team and operates at the intersection of AI engineering, analytics, data and business transformation. Working closely with Finance, Technology and Data teams, you will help build and scale AI capabilities that enable a more intelligent, insight-driven and efficient Finance function.
Key Responsibilities
• Build AI applications, agents and intelligent analytical tools for Finance.
• Translate Finance requirements into working technical solutions.
• Develop natural-language and scenario-modelling capabilities using governed enterprise data.
• Automate recurring analysis and manual Finance processes.
• Take solutions from rapid prototype through testing, deployment and adoption.
• Work across Finance, Data, Technology, Cyber Security and Privacy.
• Measure the value delivered through time saved, improved decisions, stronger controls and financial impact.
• Ensure solutions are secure, explainable, responsible and appropriately human-supervised.
• Help Finance colleagues build confidence and capability in using AI.
Who you are
Essential
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• Proven experience developing AI, machine learning, automation or advanced analytics solutions.
• Strong Python, SQL and data integration skills.
• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Desirable
• Experience with AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform or similar AI technologies.
• Exposure to Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, reporting or business intelligence.
• Familiarity with planning, forecasting, profitability analysis and scenario modelling.
• Experience with Power BI, SAP, Anaplan, Oracle EPM or similar enterprise platforms.
