Senior Expert Solution Management

Job Description

Your day to Day

You will be accountable for design, development and deployment of systems and complex and versatile solutions across the European markets and Group functions in line with business needs and the strategy of the domain and the vertical.to manage the entire lifecycle of the systems and solutions in area of accountability, including Identification of technical synergy potentials and derivation of recommendations for action.

You will be responsible of execution of complex and strategic programs & projects and lead of multinational and cross domain working groups.

You will be independent and autonomous development of technical and strategic concepts for special tasks and presentation to expert gremiums and management circles.

You will supports the management of the domain / vertical in operational and strategic decisions with active contribution to the strategic roadmap of the domain / vertical.

•You will design the Service Assurance Software Architecture in terms of design principles, functional blocks and interfaces.

• You will analyze and evaluate the business requirements in accordance with the Demand Management Process and translates into them into Solution Designs.

•You will be independent development of technical and strategic concepts for complex challenges and creation of decision templates for domain and cross domain management bodies.

•You will manage the entire project lifecycle, coordinating and steering suppliers during the design, development and implementation phase in accordance to the Delivery Management Process.

•You will be accountable for effective Release Management and Capacity Management for accounted systems.

•You will be accountable for project / program delivery in time, quality and budget. Actively evaluates opportunities to optimize the design & delivery process and proposes respective improvements measures.

•You will manages stakeholders up to senior management level across different European markets and Group functions

With these skills you are a great candidate

  • You have at least 7 years professional experience in telecommunication or IT
  • Excellent Knowledge of IT standards (i,e, ITIL, ETOM), project management methodologies (e.g. Prince2) and Agile working methods (i.e. Scrum, Design Thinking). Certifications desirable.
  • Proven track record in managing large and complex projects and programs
