About this Role
We are seeking an Enterprise PMO Lead to ensure the successful delivery of Vodafone Global Enterprise solutions. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, driving governance and compliance, and implementing continuous improvement across programmes and portfolios. You will work closely with virtual teams and stakeholders to maintain high standards of project execution and reporting.
What you will do
- Maintain PMO frameworks, formal gating processes, and compliance checks.
- Coordinate virtual teams and manage RAID logs, budgets, and change processes.
- Identify trends and implement efficiency enhancements for continuous service improvement.
- Forecast resources and oversee capacity planning.
- Ensure clear communication and timely escalation with stakeholders.
- Maintain dashboards, compliance reports, and financial forecasts.
Who you are
- Strong knowledge of project governance and methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2).
- Familiarity with both waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficient in financial control and resource planning.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, SNOW, SharePoint, and MS Project.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Experience: 3–5 years in PMO or project/program management roles, ideally in telecom or IT services.
- Good to have: Power Apps and Power BI development experience for reporting automation and dashboard creation.
