About this Role

We are seeking a skilled 15+yrs professional to drive end-to-end governance across the Order-to-Activate (O2A) lifecycle, including service provisioning, activation, fulfilment processes, and order fallout management. This role focuses on enabling seamless service orchestration across mobile, fixed, broadband, and enterprise services while fostering collaboration between technical and business stakeholders and supporting effective service governance.

What you’ll do

• Enable end-to-end engagement across the O2A lifecycle, including provisioning, activation, and fulfilment processes
• Support service orchestration, inventory management, and order fallout handling across multiple service domains
• Facilitate governance forums and contribute to structured decision-making processes
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align service delivery with organisational priorities
• Monitor incident progress, manage communications with markets, and support stakeholder engagement
• Participate in post-incident reviews (PIRs) and support implementation of actionable improvements
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and service enhancement

Who you are

• Possess a strong understanding of telecom service provisioning, activation, and fulfilment processes
• Experienced in service governance and integration practices
• Knowledgeable in Oracle-based systems and open-source solution architectures
• Familiar with tools and platforms such as Dynatrace, Cribl, and ITSM frameworks
• Understanding of technologies including OSM, UIM, Pega, OSB, SOA, Open API, and ODA
• Demonstrate a proactive, self-driven approach with strong organisational skills
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and supporting cross-functional collaboration
• Bring a solution-oriented mindset with clear communication abilities
