What you’ll do
Υοu will drive the commercial development of the DoortoDoor sales channel, ensuring consistent execution and growth. The role is accountable for achieving the company’s sales and profit objectives while maintaining strong operational performance. It also safeguards an exceptional customer experience across the DoortoDoor retail channel.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop Family Advisors and franchise partners to drive strong sales performance and deliver strategic fixed and mobile distribution targets.
- Manage key financial responsibilities, including P&L contribution, profitability analysis, and performance reporting aligned with Vodafone standards.
- Monitor dealer, shop and team results, analyze financial and operational data, and provide clear guidance and corrective action plans to improve outcomes.
- Strengthen relationships with franchisees and commercial teams, influencing alignment with Vodafone’s strategy while promoting effective collaboration across Sales and Marketing.
- Leverage market insights and consumer trends to enhance commercial effectiveness, execute promotional plans, and inspire teams to embrace Vodafone’s vision and goals.
Who you are
- 4+ years of professional experience in sales management and business development, (experience in Retail Sales and telecom industry is preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field; Master’s degree (MBA) is considered an advantage, with excellent written and verbal command of Greek and English.
- Performance measured through achievement of D2D sales targets and effective contribution to P&L management.
- Demonstrated strength in communication, people leadership, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and problemsolving, supported by solid reporting and analytical capabilities.
- Skilled in financial/performance reporting.
