Who can apply?

Fresh graduates with an outstanding academic record (Fresh Grads: any graduates of the year 2025, or 2026 or January 2027, as for males who completed their military service either in 2024 or 2025

A fresh graduate with diverse extracurricular & internship experiences

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in Machine Learning and Data Analytics, with a primary focus on AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.
• Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and preferably PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Good understanding of data analytics, statistical analysis, data visualization, and extracting actionable insights from data.
• Knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems.
• Understanding of AI agents, tool/function calling, multi-step reasoning, and workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and data processing pipelines.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience developing AI agents or multi-agent systems and integrating them with external tools and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with AI model evaluation, monitoring, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
