What are we looking for:

• Motivated young talent with an AI mindset, high ambition, and the drive to help shape the future of technology.
• Recent graduates (within the last 2 years) or Master's students in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Information Security, Engineering, Technology, Electronics, or related fields.
• Strong understanding or hands-on experience with coding, cloud computing, software engineering, and modern development practices.
• Exposure to or a good understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and conversational AI.
• Basic knowledge of project management principles.
• Genuine interest in connectivity, networking, enterprise technology, and digital innovation.
• Ability to design end-to-end AI solutions, from concept to implementation.
• Capability to translate business challenges into digital and AI-powered products, including conversational experiences such as VoiceBots and ChatBots.
• Passion for technology and curiosity to understand all aspects of the business.
• An imaginative and creative spirit, with the courage to bring bold and unconventional ideas to life.
• A proactive, self-driven, and growth-oriented mindset, with a strong appetite for continuous learning.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• A pragmatic and enthusiastic approach, balancing innovation with execution to turn ideas into impact.
