About this Role
We are seeking a finance professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for VGSIL. This role involves managing monthly actuals, preparing projected financial statements, and consolidating budgets and forecasts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure statutory, management, and partnership reporting is accurate and timely, while driving efficiency and best practices across the organisation.
What you will do
Perform monthly actuals for VGSIL and manage budgeting and forecasting activities for in-scope operations.Prepare projected financial statements including balance sheet and cash flow.Consolidate budgets, forecasts (Q1RF, Q2RF, 9+15), and long-range planning for the centre.Align reporting for statutory, management, and partnership accounts.Drive improvements in productivity and implement best practices.Build strong relationships with Finance Business Partners, Anaplan COE, Controlling teams, and HR partners.Ensure timely and accurate submissions with detailed analysis and efficiency reporting.Provide guidance during planning processes and communicate FP&A strategies effectively.Deliver management MIS and insights to senior leadership to support strategic decisions.
Who you are
Finance professional with 10–12 years of experience in FP&A or related roles.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to improve effectiveness and efficiencies in a global environment.Skilled in influencing, negotiating, and challenging assumptions constructively.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Adaptable, collaborative, and innovative in approach.
