Job Description
Your day to day:
A DevOps specialist’s daily activities involve managing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure deployment, and ensuring system reliability through monitoring and logging. They collaborate with developers to streamline code integration and troubleshoot deployment issues while optimizing performance. Security and compliance are key aspects, requiring regular updates, patching, and access control management. Additionally, they work with containerization, cloud platforms, and scripting to maintain scalable, efficient, and resilient infrastructure.
What you’ll do
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and automated cloud infrastructure using AWS, Terraform, and Terragrunt.
- Oversee the management and optimization of Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence.
- Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD to streamline deployment processes and support GitOps methodologies.
- Oversee automation initiatives using Golang and Bash to improve infrastructure reliability and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain observability solutions leveraging Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Tempo to ensure proactive monitoring and performance optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams to align infrastructure strategies with business goals and technology advancements.
