What you’ll do

Leading the technology, tools and automation activities for non-production environments for CI/CD, DevOps, Release & Deployments, Monitoring, Auto Healing, virtualization etc...
Contribute DevOps CoE and committee enabling DevOps teams and initiatives providing support for related tools and trainings to teams
Your place in the team:
• Strategy for tools, accelerators, methodologies & process improvements
• Support DevOps CoE and enable/establish DevOps & CI/CD teams
• TMM (Testing Maturity Model) roadmap & primary support for implementation.
• Implementation, administration and renewal of all testing tools such as (not limited );
o Process tools such as Jira
o Lifecycle tools (HP ALM, ,X-ray etc.)
o Service virtualization tools
o Environment virtualization tools
o Automation tools (such as Selenium, HP UFT,Appium)
o Performance Testing Tools (such as IBM RPT, HP Load Runner, JMeter )
o Security Testing tools
• Build, maintainance & execute following test related development domains;
o CI/CD
o Test Automation
o Test Data Management scripts & systems.
o Test Environment monitoring,deployment, Virtualization & maintenance automation
o Performance & Security test scripts.
• Work closely with test teams to ensure alignment and coordination across all test processes as part of the seamless implementation of existing and new systems

Who you are

• 2+ years related testing experience in GSM, IT systems, preferably in DevOps&Atlassian Tools (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence)
• BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related field
• Quick learner, ability to work in a dynamic environment with aggressive deadlines.
• Problem solving, data analysis, design and testing skills
• To ensure measurement and reporting of service performance, usage and availability is in place to identify and prioritize improvements
• Implementing DevOps tools and life cycle processes on responsible services.
• Working in multiple Agile Squad teams and delivering outputs per each team
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Hands on experience with:
o Development Experience especially on Jira workflow development
o Admin responsibilities on Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket data center
o Devops experience ( Jenkins,Grafana , SonarQube,Nexus tools usage is plus)
o Programming concepts (Agile, TDD)
o Unix / Linux and Windows Operating systems,
o Database Management Systems (Oracle, SQL/PLSQL, etc.)
o IP networking and switches
Knowledge of software development lifecycle, and Proficiency in Software development aspects including estimation, reporting, metrics
