About this Role

We are seeking an M365 Email Security Specialist to support, administer and optimise Microsoft 365 services, with a particular focus on Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Email Security. The role will help protect business communications from phishing, spam, malware, spoofing and other email-based threats while maintaining service availability across VOIS global locations.

What you’ll do

• Resolve end-user issues relating to Microsoft 365 services.
• Administer, optimise and govern Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Email Security.
• Monitor service performance and health, implementing corrective action where required.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support seamless integration and operation of Microsoft 365 services.
• Document support processes, solutions and best practices.
• Stay informed about Microsoft 365 capabilities, updates and industry developments.
• Provide guidance and training to L1 support colleagues and end users.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for support outside standard working hours.

Who you are

• You have working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• You have experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Email Security services.
• You can analyse service issues and identify practical solutions.
• You collaborate effectively in a changing technical environment.
• You communicate technical information clearly and maintain accurate documentation.
• You are committed to continuous learning and service improvement.
