About this Role
We are seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and operationalise data processing systems that enable efficient and high-quality data solutions. This role involves working on BI projects, leveraging cloud technologies, and ensuring optimised development using tools such as BigQuery, SQL, and Airflow. The individual will contribute to process adoption, resource optimisation, and technical guilds to uplift quality and efficiency.
What you’ll do
· Build and operationalise data processing systems based on low-level designs provided by the Tech Lead.
· Apply technical expertise in BigQuery, SQL, and Airflow for optimised development.
· Contribute to organisational improvements through process adoption, resource optimisation, and tool utilisation.
· Share technical expertise within guilds and collaborate to uplift quality standards.
· Ensure adherence to company policies and deliver defect-free development within agreed timelines.
Who you are
· Strong knowledge and experience in BI projects involving Cloud, Unix, and SQL.
· Proficient in SQL and Python programming.
· Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in SDLC and cloud environments.
· Holds a degree in Computer Science or related fields (B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc).
· Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to technical communities.
