Your day to Day

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management and transition of cybersecurity platform services. This role ensures that security platform services are delivered effectively, meet business requirements, and are continuously improved to adapt to emerging threats.

They will work closely with various cyber security functions including Cyber Prevent, Cyber Defence, Global Demand and Delivery Teams, Local Markets and vendors to ensure cohesive and robust security services.

You will be required to operate effectively in a complex, dynamic, and changing environment. Active and compelling engagement of teams and stakeholders will be crucial. This role will require a proactive individual who is a highly effective communicator and collaborator to enable the process, quality and risk reduction outcomes required. The Cyber Service & Transition Manager will act as an ambassador for Vodafone Cyber Security and the Cyber Code both within the business and with our external partners. They will be advocates and role models for security best practice and consistency in approach when working with Vodafone colleagues worldwide

•You will develop and support the Service Design activity throughout security platforms lifecycle and any occuring changes, to ensure they are deliverable in the context of an end-to-end service design and that they align to business, technical and operational requirements

•You will ensure all operational processes (e.g. Work Instructions) are aligned to Service Design requirements and Standards

•You will work with end-to-end platform teams to ensure operational processes, and responsibilities thereof, align to the Cyber Prevent organisation structure

•Service transition including handover into Operations, including any training requirements

•You will manage stakeholder expectations including communication across Vodafone Group and Local Market organisations

•You will maintain accurate demand posture in the relevant Cyber Prevent backlogs

•You will support security platforms throughout their lifecycle including presentation at on-boarding sessions, escalations and up to/including handover to delivery

•You will be in charge of operational delivery experience

•You have service management experience

•You have vendor management experience

•In-depth knowledge of operational processes, procedures, and accountabilities with strong awareness of requirements to enable successful operational delivery

•You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams

•You have strong process and documentation skills

•SLAs, KPIs, KRIs and continuous improvement knowledge and experience

•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•You have ability to adapt to changing business needs and emerging threats.

•You have strong team player with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

•You have a commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet customer needs

•You have experience of working in an agile environment
