About this Role

We are seeking a Culture, Inclusion, Employee Proposition & Internal Communications Lead to define and embed the VOIS culture, diversity, equity and inclusion agenda, Employee Value Proposition and internal communications strategy. The role will help strengthen business performance, organisational effectiveness, engagement and talent outcomes as VOIS continues its transformation into a customer-centric, commercially focused and high-performing professional services organisation.As the Centre of Expertise lead, you will convert strategic intent into scalable interventions that strengthen belonging, leadership effectiveness, employee connection and organisational performance. You will work across multiple geographies and national cultures, partnering with senior leaders, HR teams and Group stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes

What you’ll do

Define and lead the VOIS culture strategy in alignment with business priorities and the Talent Revolution.Support the evolution towards a customer-centric, commercially focused and high-performing organisation.Develop frameworks and interventions that embed desired behaviours, values and leadership expectations.Design engaging and scalable culture programmes that support behavioural change, employee engagement and measurable business impact.Deliver culture initiatives across geographies, functions and national cultures, balancing enterprise consistency with local relevance.Measure culture health and identify opportunities to improve organisational effectiveness and performance.Define, evolve and govern the VOIS Employee Value Proposition.Ensure the proposition authentically reflects VOIS culture, ambitions and employee experience.Partner with Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience and Communications teams to embed the proposition across attraction, onboarding, development and retention.Develop compelling activation strategies that bring the employee proposition to life.Use market trends, employee insights and changing business priorities to strengthen talent outcomes.Set the VOIS internal communications and engagement strategy in alignment with business priorities, transformation and leadership objectives.Build a clear and consistent narrative that connects colleagues with business strategy and organisational purpose.Shape leadership communications and help leaders communicate authentically and consistently through change.Oversee engagement campaigns supporting culture, leadership, inclusion and organisational transformation.Equip leaders and line managers to act as visible role models for culture, inclusion and behavioural change.Develop tools, frameworks and interventions that strengthen leadership capability and accountability.Support leadership teams in embedding inclusive, high-performance practices.Provide strategic direction for engagement, transformation and leadership communications that produce sustained organisational impact.

Who you are

You bring deep expertise in culture transformation, diversity, equity and inclusion, and Employee Value Proposition strategy.You have extensive experience delivering culture, leadership, inclusion and employee proposition transformation within global, matrixed organisations.You have led enterprise-wide change and behavioural transformation across diverse national cultures.You understand organisational development, leadership effectiveness and talent capability.You can influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional partners in complex environments.You can translate strategy into measurable outcomes and sustainable organisational impact.You bring strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management capabilities.You have extensive experience defining internal communications, engagement and leadership communications strategies.You collaborate effectively across HR, Communications, Group functions and business teams.You can balance strategic thought leadership with effective execution at scale
