About this Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and HR Operations Specialist to provide remote advisory support on HR policies and processes through Ask HR channels, including TOBi, online platforms, and email. This role acts as the primary contact for employees and managers, interfaces with Centres of Expertise, Business Partners, and third-party providers, and manages end-to-end payroll processes, audits, and complex queries. The position is based in Pune, India.
What you will do
- Resolve complex payroll issues and coordinate with third-party payroll providers.
- Perform regular payroll checks and prepare reports for management.
- Work closely with market SPOCs and stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes and provide guidance on payroll-related queries.
- Support onboarding and training of new hires to enhance process efficiency.
- Manage internal and external payroll audits.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and suggest policy modifications.
Who you are
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes is essential.
- Expertise in HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and HR policies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and business awareness.
