What you’ll do
Portföyünde yer alan mobil ve fixed müşterilere ait çağrıları ve e-mailleri karşılamak.
Müşterinin bilgi, işlem ve şikayet taleplerini karşılamak. İlk kontakta çözümlenemeyen şikayet ve taleplerin takibi için gerekli aksiyonları almak ve ilgili ekiplere yönlendirmek. Kayıtların hedeflenen sürelerde çözümlenmesini sağlamak.Outbound çağrı ile düzenli olarak
Fatura analizleri, tarife detayları ve kampanyalara yönelik raporlarla desteklenen müşteri ziyaretlerini gerçekleştirmek. Özellikle retention dönemlerinde Satış Yöneticisinin müşteri ziyaretlerine katılmak.
Outbound çağrı veya mail yoluyla ile düzenli olarak “healthcheck” ve “borç hatırlatma” çağrısı yapmak.
Operasyonel olarak yeni devreye giren, değişen her türlü süreç, bilgi, uygulama değişikliklerini takip etmek ve uygulamak. Atlas bilgi platformunu yerinde ve doğru bir şekilde takip etmek. Eksikler ve yanlışlarla ilgili geribildirim vermek.
Hizmet kalitesini artırmak ve müşteri memnuniyetini maksimize etmek amacıyla potansiyel problem veya memnuniyetsizlikler ve potansiyel fırsatları öngörerek yönetim ekibine geribildirim vermek.
Mail ve outbound çağrı yoluyla Metro Ethernet/ RadioLink/Bulk & Fast Sms ürünlerini müşteriye tanıtmak ve Satış Yöneticisine lead indirmek. Bu kapsamda Red Crm’i aktif olarak kullanmak.
Eksik evrak takibi yaparak evrakların tamamlanmasını sağlamak
Şirket, departman politika ve prosedürlerini takip edilmesi ve uygulanması
Voluntary churnümüzü düşürmek amacıyla hatlarını kapatmak isteyen müşterilere uygun argümanları sunarak hatlarını aktif durumda tutmalarını sağlamak
BTK, WEB BTK, CEO Office, Sosyal Medya, Resmi Yazılar üzerinden gelen şikayetlerinin hedeflere uygun şekilde çözümlenmesini sağlamak
Who you are
Yüsek Okul / Üniversite Mezunu
Güçlü analiz ve raporlama becerisine sahip
Etkin sunum hazırlama becerilerine sahip
Koordinasyon yeteneği güçlü
Analitik düşünebilen
Güçlü iletişim yetkinliklerine sahip
MS Ofis programlarını ileri seviyede kullanabilen
