About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support the governance, validation and administration of Vodafone’s sales incentive programmes. This role is focused on ensuring the accuracy of commission payments through data validation, transaction reviews, stakeholder collaboration and reporting. The successful candidate will help strengthen controls, improve commission processes and provide valuable insights that support sales performance and business objectives.

What you’ll do

• Support the governance and administration of sales incentive programmes, ensuring commission transactions are reviewed accurately and aligned with approved compensation plans and policies.
• Manage commission operations activities including payee set-up, target letter governance, payroll reconciliations, and performance data validation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Commercial and other business teams to resolve commission-related queries, discrepancies, and payment exceptions.
• Validate and audit commission-related data across multiple systems to ensure data integrity and payment accuracy.
• Identify data quality issues, process gaps, and control weaknesses, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reporting on commission performance, payment accuracy, exceptions and operational KPIs.
• Analyse incentive and performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities that improve sales compensation programme effectiveness.
• Develop and enhance reporting and dashboard solutions to improve visibility of incentive performance and governance metrics.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual commission cycles through validation, reconciliation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to the implementation of new compensation plans, governance frameworks, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Support the administration of the Commission Review Board, ensuring accurate documentation, decision recording and action tracking.

Who you are

• Experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Commercial Operations, or a related analytical environment.
• Strong understanding of incentive compensation principles, commission governance, and sales performance management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive financial and compensation data accurately.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes within demanding deadlines.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, process simplification and strengthening operational controls.
• Degree in Economics, Informatics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency, particularly in Excel.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP. Power BI and commission tools experience would be beneficial.
