About this Role

We are seeking a Channel Commission Technology Specialist to support the accurate translation of commercial requirements and commission offers into a commission calculation system. Based in Tirana, Albania, this role will review channel commissions, configure commission schemes, analyse payment outcomes and maintain commission reporting. The successful candidate will use data, commercial insight and cross-functional collaboration to help ensure commission payments are accurate, timely and aligned with relevant policies.

What you’ll do

  • Review, calculate and analyse channel commissions accurately, ensuring compliance with commercial, financial and operational policies.
  • Translate commission scheme rules into system configurations and support their timely and accurate processing.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments and compensation plan design teams to ensure plans and plan elements are configured effectively and operate correctly within the calculation system.
  • Evaluate commission payment outcomes and provide detailed comparative analyses.
  • Identify potential issues through data and trend analysis, then coordinate cross-functional investigation and support evidence-based conclusions.
  • Develop, extract and maintain commission-related reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with agreed definitions.
  • Process commission transactions within agreed service levels and contribute to timely, accurate commission payments.

Who you are

  • You have a thorough understanding of compensation plan principles and end-to-end compensation processes.
  • Experience within telecommunications would be beneficial.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to examine complex processes in detail while maintaining a strategic perspective.
  • You are organised, able to prioritise multiple information flows and requests, and capable of delivering work to agreed deadlines.
  • You bring sound project management capabilities and a collaborative, delivery-focused approach.
  • You are comfortable working with international and culturally diverse teams.You demonstrate strong business and commercial awareness.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English and Italian.You have excellent data management and analytical capabilities.
  • You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • You have experience working with data warehouses and business intelligence tools.
  • You have operational knowledge of SAP CRM, an incentive compensation management solution such as Callidus, or SQL.
  • You hold an educational qualification in mathematics, economics, finance, engineering or a related discipline.
  • You have at least three years of relevant experience gained within a multinational organisation, technical consultancy or auditing firm.
