What you’ll do

  • Energy/Repsol partnership Management:Execute, manage & develop the commercial plan for Repsol partnership, managing the cross-functional teams incl. IT, Digital, Legal, DOC and Commercial areas: Develop/reinforce energy sales commercial initiatives and Partnership contract management;
  • Partnerships Commercial Performance Management: Monitor, report and drive the performance of all commercial partnerships and support commercial strategic decisions;
  • Support with deep analysis for the sales channels business development/management(running performance analytics, business insights, business decision support, channels footprint analysis, sales tools and channel enablement initiatives);
  • Project management: Supporting strategic decision-making, with performance scorecards for commercial operations;
  • Sales performance across all channels, monitoring and analyzing key commercial KPIs and convert it into action plan;
  • Manage commercial partnerships (incl. energy KPIs and other existent commercial partnerships);
  • Lead regular commercial performance reviews (fixed/mobile and beyond incl. partnerships);
  • Act as the link between commercial director, commercial sales areas & the commercial business development area, to support commercial and strategic decisions;
  • Design and present strategic recommendations to enhance channel performance and drive commercial impact;
  • Support commercial push initiatives through communication, alignment, and sales channels & partners engagement;
  • Create tailored materials to support commercial activity, including presentations, playbooks, and operational guide.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Experience in marketing and/or commercial and/or FP&A or business operations within telecom or a similar industry;
  • Strong understanding of telecom commercial models and key financial metrics;
  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI;
  • Experience working cross-functionally, especially in strategic projects, presenting insights to senior leadership;
  • Self-starter with high energy, drive, and a growth mindset with ability to think strategically and execute tactically;
  • Background in telecommunications, especially in MKT, commercial, finance, or business transformation;
  • English and Portuguese Languages advanced.
