About this Role

We are seeking a Commercial Contract PMO Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Commercial and Contract Management Project Management Office, a centre of excellence within the wider VOIS Commercial Contract Management team. The role is based in Bangalore and focuses on driving consistency, governance and standards across the VOIS contract landscape, while supporting contractual and commercial obligations for internal stakeholders and customers.This role will lead a team responsible for structured contracting and post-contract support, including maintaining contract records, administering contract lifecycle tools, drafting simple to medium complexity contracts, facilitating signatures, managing contractual change activity, mitigating risk and assessing the commercial impact of changes on revenue and margin.The role also supports the effective management of a €1bn portfolio of standard catalogue services and less complex contractual arrangements, helping to ensure reliable commercial governance, reporting and delivery against contractual commitments

What you’ll do

  • Lead and engage a team to deliver operational targets, team KPIs and quality outcomes aligned with contractual commitments.
  • Act as an escalation point and build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, Service Towers and Go to Market teams.
  • Own and maintain contract processes, templates, contract hierarchy, contract strategy and contract lifecycle management tooling on behalf of VOIS.
  • Manage contract pipeline tracking, triage new commercial resource requests, support stage-gate management and coordinate complex contract support requirements.
  • Provide proactive commercial and contract support to Commercial Managers and Commercial Client Partners.
  • Work closely with Service Towers to manage centralised contract processes for VOIS catalogue services, including additions, terminations and changes.
  • Ensure contracts and associated records are maintained accurately, remain accessible and support account, legal and audit requirements throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Lead commercial aspects of benchmarking, annual price adjustment and other master services agreement level processes, including commercial analysis and implementation.
  • Set controls, improve processes and support efficiency across the Commercial and Contract Management Project Management Office.
  • Manage team performance by setting targets, reviewing results and supporting collaboration within and across teams.

Who you are

  • You have experience in people management, including managing direct and indirect employees and supporting the development of people managers.
  • You are confident working with senior stakeholders and experienced in escalation and stakeholder management.
  • You bring commercial acumen, contract management capability, contractual awareness and accounting knowledge.
  • You have knowledge of contract change management and project management, with experience drafting simple to medium complexity contracts.
  • You communicate clearly in written and spoken English and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • You understand sales, account management and commercial operations processes, and can identify and help mitigate commercial contractual risks.
  • You have a degree-level qualification or local country equivalent, alongside customer management, change, problem, incident management or project coordination experience.
  • You have data analysis skills and experience developing commercial models, with accounting, pricing, contract or commercial knowledge.
  • Contract management experience and fluent English language skills are required.
  • IACCM Fundamentals or Practitioner certification would be desirable.
