About this Role

We are seeking a Commercial Contract Management Specialist to provide structured contract management support within the Commercial and Contract Management Project Management Office, a centre of excellence within the wider VOIS Commercial Contract Management team. The role supports contract lifecycle management, commercial governance, contract records, change activity, risk mitigation, reporting and stakeholder engagement across a significant portfolio of standard catalogue services and contractual arrangements. The role is based in Bangalore, India.The individual will support Commercial Client Partner and Customer Account Lead teams by helping manage contractual and commercial obligations, ensuring adherence to contract-related ways of working, and providing reliable governance and reporting to internal stakeholders and customers

What you’ll do

  • Own and maintain contract processes, templates, hierarchy, strategy and contract lifecycle management tooling on behalf of VOIS.
  • Act as a point of contact for new commercial resource requests where a Commercial Client Partner is not assigned, including contract pipeline tracking, triage and stage gate management.
  • Maintain a directory of key subject matter experts to support accurate routing of contracting queries.
  • Support centralised obligation extraction and tracking for complex contracts within the Commercial and Contract Management team.
  • Administer contract lifecycle management tools, contract repositories, metadata, contract search, contract health dashboards, reporting, renewals, end-date tracking and query routing.
  • Manage signatures and interface with VPC to maintain accurate contract records.
  • Manage obligations in Group Master Service Agreements signed with more than 30 customers, as well as Technology Service Domain Frameworks and Partner Frameworks.
  • Support governance and limited Master Service Agreement inheritance checks for bespoke Technology Statements of Work.
  • Prepare contract awareness materials, including key terms, service summaries, SLAs, KPIs, service credits, volumetrics, billing milestones, assumptions, data responsibilities and protocols.
  • Identify, document, assess and manage contract risks and issues, ensuring appropriate visibility, escalation and mitigation support.
  • Monitor contractual and regulatory obligations, support escalations, and help ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Interface with the legal team for regulatory compliance and legal-related queries requiring specialist input.
  • Prepare and conduct periodic commercial meetings that review supplier and customer performance against contractual expectations.
  • Provide accurate commercial and contractual reporting to Customer Account Leads, customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with Service Towers to manage centralised contract processes for the €1b VOIS catalogue services portfolio, including additions, terminations and changes.

Who you are

  • You bring commercial acumen, contract management capability, contractual awareness and accounting knowledge.
  • You have experience in data analysis and can use commercial information to support decisions and reporting.
  • You understand contract change management and have project management or project coordination experience.
  • You have basic contract drafting experience and can support clear, accurate contract documentation.
  • You communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
  • You have knowledge of sales, account management and commercial operations processes.
  • You can identify commercial contractual issues and contribute to practical risk mitigation.
  • You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, can navigate ambiguity and take a proactive approach to delivery.
  • You have advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI.
  • You bring customer management, change, problem, incident management or project coordination experience.
  • You have knowledge of project management methodologies, commercial modelling, pricing, contract and commercial processes.
  • Contract management certification such as WorldCC/IACCM, or equivalent, would be beneficial.
  • Telecommunications or outsourcing industry experience would be advantageous.
