Central RAN Rollout & Field Operations Senior Specialist

What you’ll do

• Knowledge of 2G, 3G, LTE, Tx Access network structure
• Min. 2 years experiences in Network Infrastructure planning or deployment
• Management of the Radio Access Network Field operations. The regional stakeholder coordination for Rollout, Revision, H&S, Field Operation Projects follow up.
• The fulfillment of Site maintenance related processes. Site Operation & Maintenance contract management.
• Tender readiness, tender contract management, Scope of Work, Technical Specification readiness
• Periodic reporting of the SLA/KPIs.
• E2E management (delivery plan, target and investment tracking) of projects
• Supporting regional operations to ensure the sites overall network availability targets.
• Infrastructure design & sustainability management of sites.
• Manage effective and strong relations with all the internal stakeholders to improve the performance of the regions according to the technology strategies & plans
• Analyzing project-based Rollout & Field investment, budget management.
• RAN Rollout & Field logistic material delivery coordination with Regions and Warehouse
• Ensuring all network installation and civil work are compliant with VF standards.
• Ensuring VF HSE procedures compliancy with local HSE regulations.
• To prepare the closing report sharing with global and related departments & checking the compatibility with targets

Who you are

• Good knowledge of 2G, 3G, LTE network structure, site infrastructure management of RAN NW and Field Operation projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
• Good communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills in competitive environments
• Strong team player and able to use own initiative to achieve company objectives
• Curiosity, Fast, Multi-functional and multi-tasking skills,
• Have project management skills
• Ability to take calculated risks
• Graduate from Electrical, Electronics, Computer or Telecommunication Engineering.
• Min 2 years Job experience on Telecommunication.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities. Curiosity, fast, multi-functional and multi-tasking skills.
• To have intermediate or advanced level of English.
