About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with German language proficiency to lead requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process optimisation across global projects. This role demands strong analytical capabilities, cross-cultural collaboration, and the ability to work within both Agile and Waterfall frameworks. The individual will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, particularly in DACH-region engagements.

What you will do

  • Facilitate end-to-end requirement elicitation through workshops, interviews, and documentation reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across business, IT, and operations.
  • Analyse and document current business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
  • Communicate fluently with German-speaking clients and teams, translating business needs across languages and cultures.
  • Create clear and precise functional documentation including BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to assess solution feasibility, validate requirements, and support user acceptance testing.
  • Adapt documentation and engagement styles to suit Agile sprints or Waterfall phases.
  • Interpret business data to support decision-making and present insights through dashboards or reports.
  • Support change management activities including impact analysis, training material creation, and stakeholder readiness.
  • Navigate global project environments with sensitivity to cultural nuances, especially in DACH-region engagements.

Who you are

  • A detail-oriented professional with experience in business analysis and stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
  • Skilled in process mapping, documentation, and solution evaluation.
  • Comfortable working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Adept at interpreting data and presenting actionable insights.
  • Collaborative and culturally aware, with experience in international project environments.
