Your Contribution:

  • Analyse business and system requirements, translating them into clear user stories and technical specifications.
  • Prioritise and maintain the product backlog in close collaboration with Product Owners, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with development teams and Solution Architects to ensure shared understanding of requirements and business value.
  • Support the design of new processes and functional improvements to enhance operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, including user stories, process flows, and reports.
  • Define test cases and acceptance criteria; support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to evolve team capabilities and delivery effectiveness.

What makes you stand out

  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage complex requirements in dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools for backlog optimisation and process automation.
  • Experience defining requirements for low-code/no-code platforms and APIs is a plus.

You must have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, Product Management, or IT development roles.
  • Strong customer and business orientation, consistently focused on delivering value.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence effectively.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
