Job Description

Are you the kind of Business Analyst that likes playing in the big league? That's fine, because within VOIS, you will work closely with the Application Owners on complex API-based solutions, helping in the user stories creation, assessing options for technical and business feasibility.
Are you tech-savvy? That's even better, because here, you will make sure the development delivers business value. Just be ready to provide business information, to review, refine, and to re-prioritize the release backlog.
Are you success-driven? That's great, because you will get the chance to test the deliverables and provide regular feedback.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

- Act as the link between business and IT, ensuring technical and functional solutions meet operational needs.
- Work closely with development teams and IT partners, on the one hand, and with the Application Owners on the other, to coordinate solutions and system improvements
- Clarify goals and business value outcomes
- Support the development and execution of acceptance tests based on acceptance criteria
- Analyse and report delivery risks and opportunities
- Facilitate engagement with business for communication and decision-making

With these skills you are a great candidate:

- Two or more years of experience in supporting successful delivery as a Technical Business Analyst (or equivalent role) across full product lifecycles, from MVP to marketable products, including support transition
- Experience in projects that include API integration, TMF621, with complex architecture and multiple interfaces
- Experience in API testing tools.
- Experience in turning functional and technical requirements into User Stories, as well as aligning and maintaining backlog management.
- Market research, design thinking, and different root cause analysis techniques
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field
- Professional experience and knowledge of the Telecommunications industry is a plus
