What you’ll do

• Perform timely checks to ensure that subscriber invoices are correctly created
• Reporting problems and errors that occur during the billing process
• To confirm or reject the refund data by checking
• Taking action to follow up and reported issues.
• To inform related parties in critical issues.
• Show sensitivity to SLA and KPIs
• To contribute the way of doing business with automation and process suggestions for business efficiency.
• To design and implement new assurance controls and revise when required
• To analyze the financials and detect anomalies in the trending, take detective/preventive actions
• To create reports related to analyzes and share with reLated parties
• To create test scenarios, report defects and follow up their solutions

Who you are

• Graduated from a University
• Computer / Mathematics / Statistics/ Management / MIS
• High SQL knowledge
• Basic UNIX knowledge
• Basic Oracle knowledge
• Technical analysis and reporting
• English
• MS Office programs
• Flexible working hours
• Adapt to changing conditions
• Can manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High communication skills
• Success in business tracking and finalization
• Dedicated to team work
