About this Role
We are seeking a Billing Account Analyst to join our In Life Billing Activation team based in Cairo. In this role, the individual will support billing operations for Vodafone Global Enterprise (VGE) and Local Market Enterprise customers, ensuring accurate, timely invoicing and in-life provisioning across multiple billing systems. The role plays a key part in revenue protection, compliance, and service excellence, while contributing to continuous improvement through digitalisation and process optimisation.
What you’ll do
Manage shared mailboxes and handle incoming billing and provisioning queries.Analyse, validate, and reject requests in line with defined processes and controls.Raise, assign, track, and resolve queries with internal stakeholders across multiple teams.Activate daily service requests and orders within agreed SLAs across various products.Ensure invoicing activities meet bill calendar timelines and accuracy requirements.Support revenue protection through diligent checks and adherence to controls.Perform regular quality checks to ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and internal standards.Coordinate effectively with stakeholders across functions and geographies.Ensure usage, provisioning, and billing activities are completed accurately and on time.
Who you are
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.An effective team contributor who collaborates well in a shared services environment.Analytical and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to problem solving and root cause analysis.Confident using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.Comfortable managing targets, prioritising tasks, and providing timely updates.Proactive, accountable, and committed to quality and continuous improvement.Knowledge of billing systems and ordering processes is an advantage.Exposure to Power BI is a strong plus.
