Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership
- Handle end of month non-financial closing & weekly outlook in addition to its P&L.
- Analysis and monitor non financials trends, ensure data quality & proactive detection for abnormal trends for data accuracy.
- Deliver high-quality BI solutions while leading agile delivery for the squad by facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring transparent execution & enabling predictable delivery of analytics
- Business Analysis for BI tribe, supporting tribe in automation projects and BI normal activities to achieve the business requirements within the agreed timelines with high quality.
- Tracking Agile & waterfall project processes & deliverables.
- Translate Technical implementations to Finance Business users & Vise Verses
- Document the specification of business information requests.
- Participate effectively in data governance and reporting strategies that reduce data redundancy.
- Investigate and assist in the resolution of any day-to-day application issues.
- Comply with new company Governance, Business Intelligence Standards, Data Standards and Data Warehouse Methods and Procedures in the delivery.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, Information Systems or Business Informatics.
- Agile experience is a must.
- 3+ years of experience in Finance.
- Experience in BI & Data Analysis.
- Experience in Power BI is a plus.
- Project Management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation.
