What you’ll do
Role purpose:
The Specialist - Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management is responsible for protecting company revenues by proactively identifying, analyzing, and mitigating revenue leakages across all business processes, products, and services. The role ensures the completeness and integrity of revenue streams by driving correctives actions and supporting continuous improvements across products and services.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the execution and continuous enhancement of Revenue Assurance controls across all products and services to ensure end-to-end revenue integrity;
- Identify, quantify, and drive resolution of revenue leakages, ensuring timely recovery and implementation of corrective actions;
- Perform proactive data analysis, reconciliations, and control assessments to detect revenue risks and process weaknesses;
- Oversee Revenue Assurance reporting, and KPI tracking, delivering actionable insights on revenue integrity and process improvement;
- Collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Technology, CBU, EBU, CVM) to strengthen controls and support new product launches;
- Minimization of revenue leakages, demonstrated through sustained reduction of losses and successful recovery of impacted revenue;
- Strength and effectiveness of Revenue Assurance controls, evidenced by early detection of incidents, reduced recurrence, and strengthened end-to-end revenue integrity across the revenue lifecycle;
- Efficiency in problem resolution and insight delivery, measured by timely closure of Revenue Assurance findings and the quality of reporting to support informed decision-making.
What we are looking in you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field;
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, or Risk Management (preferably in telecommunications industry);
- Strong hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL, Python or similar);
- Strong analytical and investigative capability with proven experience in identifying, analysing, and resolving revenue leakages;
- In-depth knowledge of Revenue Assurance frameworks, including revenue life cycle and end-to-end revenue processes;
- Solid understanding of telecommunication systems and processes (e.g., billing, mediation, provisioning, network) and solid SQL knowledge (Oracle/MySQL/SQL Server);
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and use of analytical tools to generate actionable insights;
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders, with strong communication, decision-making, and accountability skills.
