About this Role
We are seeking a Learning and Capability Development Specialist to partner with business stakeholders to design, deliver, and measure impactful learning solutions that enhance organisational capability and simplify the learner experience across multiple business areas.
What you’ll do
- Partner with stakeholders to define learning outcomes aligned to business goals and capability needs
- Design and deliver learning interventions using structured methodologies and adult learning principles
- Own capability development initiatives, including skill assessment and evaluation of learning impact and return on investment
- Enhance the learner experience through user-centric design and continuous improvement
- Lead learning engagement initiatives such as campaigns, learner interviews, and success stories
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of learning programmes
- Provide guidance to line managers and L&D partners on learning strategies and emerging industry trends
- Manage learning projects, including planning resources, timelines, and budgets effectively
Who you are
- Experienced in learning and development, including training delivery, instructional design, and performance management
- Skilled in applying learning frameworks such as ADDIE or SAM, along with Bloom’s Taxonomy and adult learning principles
- Comfortable managing complex projects and working with cross-functional and global stakeholders
- Strong communicator with effective presentation and facilitation capabilities in English (German is an advantage)
- Knowledgeable in learning technologies, LMS platforms, and Microsoft 365 tools
- Able to assess learning effectiveness and translate insights into business impact
- Educated to Master’s degree level in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Brings 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in L&D within large organisations
