About this Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to drive the solution strategy and architecture for AI, GenAI, and cloud-native initiatives. The individual will engage extensively with business stakeholders to understand requirements, align technology solutions with organisational principles, and ensure robust, secure, and scalable architectures. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong architectural decision-making, and the ability to guide engineering teams through solution implementation while maintaining compliance with design, security, and privacy standards.

What you will do

  • Engage with business teams to understand requirements and articulate how the AI Booster (AIB) landscape addresses their needs.
  • Design end-to-end architecture solutions including High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD), ensuring alignment with organisational standards.
  • Collaborate with Security and Privacy teams to secure necessary design approvals.
  • Support platform engineers throughout implementation and lead POCs across AI, GenAI, cloud, and related technologies.
  • Ensure solution delivery within agreed timelines and support stakeholder alignment across a multi-customer environment.
  • Apply cloud-native design principles across GCP, Azure, AWS and leverage multi-cloud capabilities where applicable.
  • Lead documentation, version control, configuration management, and design governance processes.
  • Ensure automation framework design and execution remain aligned with project needs.
  • Drive effective troubleshooting and solution optimisation.

Who you are

  • Hold a degree in science, technology, or a related discipline.
  • Bring 14+ years of experience as a solution engineer or architect with hands-on technical capability.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Java and Python.Skilled in designing and deploying microservice-based architectures and messaging systems.
  • Experienced with AI/ML and GenAI solution design and implementation.Knowledgeable across major cloud platforms including GCP, Azure, and AWS; multi-cloud experience is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (SAFe Agile/Scrum preferred).Highly analytical, with strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable making architectural decisions and guiding teams within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
