Role Purpose
Responsible for Automation & RPA system for both planning and Support functions.
Role Profile
- Develop the needed Robotics, policies, reports, dashboard, automations and use cases for different department.
- Responsible for RPA system planning and operation (24*7 support)
- Manage CC Digital solution Application.
- Handle Operation requests related to digital solution application.
- Open cases with vendors for operational issues and handle new requirements with vendors and insure that opened cases are handled with SLA.
- Apply regular security vulnerabilities & hardening patching for both operating systems & application
Qualifications and Competencies
- Programming &Development using automation tools or scripts.
- Systems administrations & support and awareness of different OS. (Linux, Unix, windows, AIX)
- DB &SQL.
- Basics IP NW concepts.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- BSc. In Telecomm Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering
