Design and develop systems, applications, products, services and data to optimize / automate SAP’s business processes and improve work efficiency. Engage with business stakeholders and other technology teams to deliver solutions to business requirements. Perform complex data and system development along with technology integration through learned technology coding languages. Facilitate the system / service / product lifecycle, and ensure stable, secure, performant and high available operations for and between system and cloud services. Facilitate agile engagement with the business. Revise and update existing programs and provide required documentation.

Key tasks and activities might include:

• Manage cloud technologies, the associated architectural styles (e.g. microservices, containerization, serverless architectures) and
• web development stacks
• Apply agile software delivery process and the industry-standard toolset for DevOps implementation
• Apply modern data processing technologies and methods, such as non-SQL databases, data lakes etc.
• Apply modern SaaS platform, integration & extensibility concepts
• Integrate AI and ML models in operations for analytical view and propose predicative data.
• Integrate AI built applications to backend logic .

What you’ll build

• As part of the daily operations, you will come across multiple scenarios having spent manual efforts ,this gap needs to be filled with automation.
• Analyse operations and how business works, finding manual gaps and knowing how to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
• Presenting the technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to the rapidly changing landscape of AI tools and frameworks.
• Analyse operational challenges , identify root causes, and develop scalable automation to enhance efficiency .
• Utilise AI/ML based tools and framework to automate repetitive tasks , accelerate decision making and drive intelligent operations.
• Identify system performance patterns, anomalies and trends to proactively mitigate risks and optimise workflows.
• Continuously explore opportunities to simplify complex process, reduce manual intervention and enhance service stability.

What you’ll bring ?

• 4 + years of experience with strong background on automation and scripting .
• Experience working with AI/ML tools, data driven automation platforms or intelligent decision frameworks.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting using python, shell , ansible or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work through complex ambiguous technical scenarios.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to drive cross team alignment .
• Experience on any database like PostgreSQL/MySQL or MongoDB is a good to have.
• Exposure to AI/LLM-powered features (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics, or automated content generation, Connecting SAPAICore/OpenAI LLMs with prompt templates and structured outputs, Prompt engineering is desirable.
• Experience in dynamic and interactive frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).HTML+CSS+JS

• The position requires a automation first mindset with the ability to leverage modern tools including AI capabilities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort and improve delivery outcomes.
• The Enhanced Operation Service is part of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Delivery organization. This is a dedicated team which will focus on leading and optimizing strategic customers’ end-to-end delivery and operation model, during the customer’s cloud transformation journey.
